Price
Catalogue prices are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT and guarantee.
Items covered by a warranty are subject to the terms of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep carefully.
Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow instructions, improper use or normal wear and tear.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines by our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to Tim et Paul SNC. In the event of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment terms
Payment methods: Paypal, CB, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and as indicated on the website.
Delivery and transport
Available items are shipped by post within approximately 2 to 5 days . You are only required to contribute once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: Tim et Paul SNC does not deliver its packages to PO boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, except with written authorization from the parents or guardian.
Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with tags attached, accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receiving your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs for your new order are free. Our size guide is available on our website and will help you when purchasing your products.
Legal guarantees
Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the delivered goods so that we can remedy them.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information required to process the order will be processed electronically and may be shared with associated companies as part of the order management process.
Applicable law and legal forum
The applicable law is Swiss law. Any dispute will be handled by the Côte District Court located in Nyon.
